Every candidate goes through a three-layer review before entering the Greenlit network:
Layer 1 — Application review. We manually review every submission. We check that the candidate's background, school, GPA, and experience are realistic for their target role and firm. We decline candidates who aren't competitive — this protects referrers' credibility and keeps the network high quality.
Layer 2 — LinkedIn verification. We cross-reference every application against the candidate's LinkedIn profile to confirm the information is accurate and consistent.
Layer 3 — Referrer discretion. Even after passing our review, the referrer sees the full candidate profile and makes their own judgment. They can request a 15-30 minute intro call before deciding. The final decision is always theirs.
We review every application personally. If you're a strong fit for the network you'll hear from us within 48 hours.
